Sporting events are a great way to bring a community together. They are also a great way to raise awareness of orphan diseases to a new audience.

In this interview with Audrey Gordon, president of the Progeria Research Foundation (PRF), Ms Gordon talks about the numerous sports teams and celebrity figures (e.g., New England Patriots, Boston Bruins, Chip Foose, and Erica Enders) she has met and who have helped raise awareness of progeria.
