Patriots Fan Gets Wishes Granted While Undergoing Chemotherapy

The New England Patriots have a long history of helping rare disease patients and families, and are avid supporters of great organizations like the Jett Foundation and the Progeria Research Foundation.

Their tradition continues this pre-season with 2 gifts that the team gave to 11-year old Gabe Lester, who was first diagnosed with cancer in 2011, and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. During the procedure, Gabe had wished to meet Tom Brady and to see a Patriots game from the seats at Gilette Stadium.

As shown in the video clips below, he got his first wish and he is about to get his second:
