Late-onset Pompe Disease - A Patient's Story

Brad Crittenden

Brad Crittenden is a typical late-onset Pompe patient. By typical, we mean it took several years before he was properly diagnosed. What was unique about Brad's diagnosis was that he was fairly asymptomatic and when he was finally diagnosed.
Eventually, symptoms worsened and Brad is now taking enzyme replacement therapy (alglucosidase alfa) and his health has significantly improved.
