Deadline to Attend RDLA Summer Legislative Meetings is Now

JUNE 20, 2016
June 24 is registration deadline. June 22 is deadline for travel stipend.

Rare Disease Legislative Advocates (RDLA) is hosting regional Legislative Conferences across the country later this month.  To be a part of that change, you will need to register quickly.
The deadline to register for any of the 3 conferences is June 24 (in Boston, Chicago, and Seattle). And the deadline to register for a $200 travel stipend is June 22.
These half-day conferences will include discussions with federal elected officials, academics, patient advocates and other rare disease stakeholders. They will also provide attendees with the opportunity to network and learn from others in the rare disease community.

Lunch will be provided, and there is no cost to attend.

Although time is running out to apply, those who qualify for a stipend will be notified by the 23rd.

In-District Lobby Days

In addition to the above 3 conferences, RDLA will be working with advocates to schedule meetings in the district offices to minimize travel during the summer Congressional recess (July 18th through September 5th).
Registration for In-District Lobby Days is open through July 1st.
