CADASIL vs Multiple Sclerosis

CADASIL (Cerebral Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Sub-cortical Infarcts and Leukoencephalopathy) patients may have symptoms that mimic multiple sclerosis and can delay proper diagnosis.
